For standard vendor bookings or enquiries, no commission is taken.
If you opt to sell physical products or accept payments through our checkout, Naija.Events charges a flat platform fee to the buyer (₦500 under ₦20k, ₦1,000 above ₦20k) plus Paystack’s standard 1.5% gateway fee—so your quoted price stays intact.
- Event Hub Clients (Premium Event Websites): Yes. Organizations on the Event Hub annual plan may integrate their own Paystack keys for direct settlement. We handle the setup for a one-time integration fee of ₦50,000.
- Directory Vendors / Standard Event Sites: No. All payments on the main Naija.Events site are processed through our unified checkout so that guests enjoy a single, secure payment experience. Vendors receive payouts according to the platform’s standard disbursement schedule.

Absolutely. Upgrades are applied instantly (pro-rated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
