Do you list our event on your website?

No. That’s the point of this product—you sell directly on your own website. We don’t publish event listings.

Do we need a separate admin to manage attendees?

Not required. Our free app to scan tickets shows all sold tickets with buyer details for quick verification and check-in. If you ever need extra help (exports, reports, etc.), we provide online support.

How long is the tickets page hosting included?

Hosting is free for 60 days; enough time for most events. You can extend by 6 months or renew annually if you run recurring events.

Will this work with our current website?

Yes. We provide a WordPress plugin and a small embed snippet for other site builders.

Can we sell different ticket types and limit capacity?

Yes—regular, VIP, early bird, etc., each with quantity limits and overall capacity control.

How are fees calculated?

Checkout is processed via Naija.Events’ Paystack.
Our commission is 5% + ₦100 per transactionthis already includes Paystack’s own 1.5% + ₦100. There’s nothing extra on top.

  • Total deduction = 5% + ₦100 (inclusive).
  • Example (₦10,000 ticket): fees ₦600 (₦500 + ₦100) → payout ₦9,400.
  • Example (₦25,000 ticket): fees ₦1,350 (₦1,250 + ₦100) → payout ₦23,650.

Note: If we provide additional services not paid upfront (e.g., promo videos or event coverage), a different commission may be agreed in writing.
